Loading the latest Wi-Fi spots onto the map
TutWiFi.ru is a free interactive map of public Wi-Fi access points across Russia and CIS countries. The map features 3,000+ verified hotspots: cafes, restaurants, shopping malls, libraries, hotels and public spaces.
Enable geolocation — the map will automatically show the nearest free Wi-Fi hotspots. You can also search by address or city name. Each hotspot shows the network name, venue address and opening hours.
Most points on the map are cafes, coffee shops, bakeries and libraries with guest Wi-Fi — the places people look for when they need to work with a laptop or study for a few hours. Zoom in on your area and filter by venue type to see which cafes nearby offer free Wi-Fi.
Public Wi-Fi in Russia requires identification on first login, usually with a one-time SMS code. Most login pages accept foreign numbers with the country code: keep roaming on and the code will arrive, sometimes after a minute or two. Login via Gosuslugi (the state services portal) is normally not available to foreign visitors. If the login page doesn't open, turn off VPN and private DNS, then open any http:// website.
